HSI Fellows Program

UCLA HSI FELLOWS: CHANGE AGENTS FOR EQUITY AND JUSTICE
Luskin Conference Center | August 10-11th, 2023

The HSI Fellows Program is a strategic effort to build institutional capacity for the HSI efforts across campus. The HSI Fellows bring together small teams of 30 faculty, administrators, and staff members to develop and implement campus-wide institutional transformation. The 2023 inaugural cohort includes 5 small teams from the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Development, Alumni, Career Center and UCLA Extension.

The two-day program will engage fellows in a shared learning through guest speakers and team-building activities for:

  • Awareness building of HSI as a national, state and UC systemwide movement.
  • Foster connections and relationship building leading to cross-campus collective action.
  • Strengthen understanding of the theoretical frameworks that guide our collective narrative to affirm equity, justice, and institutional transformation.
